Some golfers just can’t get enough and we’ve designed this eleven day "Golfaholics" tour just for you! Daily golf on the best courses in the country with two days of 36 holes. Get ready for lots of Irish golf and lots of fun!

Itinerary

 

Day 1 - Arrive Shannon and welcome tour briefing. Transfer to Greenbrier Inn.  Afternoon round on day of arrival at the world famous Lahinch G.C. (Greenbrier Inn)

Day 2 - Drive the beautiful coast 17 miles to the new Doonbeg G.C., designed by Greg Norman; then on to Ballybunion to Teach de Broc and overnight (Teach de Broc -B)

Day 3 - 36 holes today! Play both Ballybunion Old (ranked 12th in the world) and it's equally challenging sister course Ballybunion Cashen. (Teach de Broc - B)

Day 4 - Tralee G.C. this morning.  Designed by Arnold Palmer and generally considered his finest work outside of North America. Often listed in the top 25 most beautiful courses in the world. Surrounded by water on three sides. (Killarney Lodge—B)

Day 5 - Go out the northern route; play Waterville Links and return the southern route and thereby complete the Ring of Kerry, widely acclaimed to be one of the most beautiful scenic drives in the world. (Killarney Lodge—B)

Day 6 - Drive to the Dublin area and play the Ryder Cup  2006 course at the K-Club, on the way. (Harrington Hall -B)

Day 7 - 36 holes today at Portmarnock Golf Club and Portmarnock Links for a grand Dublin golf day (Harrington Hall—B)

Day 8 - Day trip south today for a round at elegant Druids Glen, three times home to to the Irish Open and one of the best maintained courses in the country (Harrington Hall—B)

Day 9 - Go north out of Dublin and play Baltray (Co. Louth) and then proceed to Newcastle, Northern Ireland (Slieve Donard—B)

Day 10 - World #8 Royal County Down is your treat today and a great finishing round to your trip. (Slieve Donard - B)

Day 11 - Depart Dublin or Belfast

GREENBRIER INN GUESTHOUSE – Lahinch
This luxurious 3 star gueshouse overlooks Lahinch golf course and the Atlantic Ocean.  It is within a short walk to the village of Lahinch, and is an excellent base to visit the Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, The Arran Islands and Galway.  All rooms are decorated with antique pine furnishings.  This is a well managed, immaculately kept property that's become a favorite of WWG clients to the area. TEACH DE BROC GUESTHOUSE - Ballybunion
Located on the famous Ballybunion Golf Course, this lovely three star quality guesthouse has been expanded to 10 rooms in 1999. Directly opposite the entrance to Ballybunion, it's tea to tee in two minutes. This is a high quality local accommodation owned and operated by very well travelled good friends of WWG.  Aoife and Seamus Brock are sure to give you a warm Irish welcome. WWG Grade: B
 


KILLARNEY LODGE - Co. Kerry
Killarney Lodge, a four star purpose built gueshouse, set in a private walled-in gardens, is only 2 minutes walk from the town center of Killarney. The guesthouse provides private parking, spacious en suite, air conditioned bedrooms with all mondern amenities, including wheel chair access. Enjoy the extensive breakfast menu in the spacious dining room. Relax in comfortable lounges with open fires. SLIEVE DONARD HOTEL - Newcastle
At the foot of the Mountains of Mourne, the hotel stands in 6 acres of grounds, which lead to a golden strand and the Royal County Down GC. It offers 3 star deluxe accommodations. The Elysium is a must for all visitors with tennis, indoor swimming pool, putting, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. WWG Grade: A-
